Shipping & Returns
Our Return Process is simple and hassle free. You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery date for a refund minus shipping cost and restocking fee if applicable.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels, factory sealed packaging if applicable. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival to ensure item has not been worn, washed, or used.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will cover the shipping cost.
Manufacturer Direct Items ie Made to order rugs, mats etc there is a 20% restocking fee.
Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. Based on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Warehouse hours Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST. We are unable to ship on weekends and holidays.
We currently only ship to the 48 continental states. Buyers outside of this area are welcome to contact us so we can discuss shipping options. Manufacturer Direct Items ie Made to order rugs, mats etc need a physical street address as these items are shipped by Fed Ex.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
